3. Your Right To Cancel

3.1 You Have The Right To Cancel Your Order And Receive A Full Refund Within 14 Days Of Delivery, Without Needing To Provide A Reason.

3.2 This Right Cannot Be Waived Or Reduced By Any Other Term On This Site.

3.3 If Your Order Contains Multiple Items Delivered On Different Days, The 14-Day Period Runs From The Delivery Of The Last Item.

4. How To Cancel

4.1 Use Our Cancellation Form, Or Email support@fr33domwellness.com With Your Order Number And A Clear Statement That You Wish To Cancel.

4.2 Notify Us Before Returning The Item, Within The 14-Day Window.

4.3 Once Notified, You Must Send The Item Back Within 14 Days.

5. Refunds

5.1 We Will Refund The Full Product Price And Standard Delivery Cost Within 14 Days Of Receiving The Returned Item Or Evidence Of Return Shipment, Whichever Is Earlier.

5.2 Upgraded Or Expedited Shipping Is Refunded Only At The Standard Delivery Rate.

5.3 No Restocking Fee Applies.

6. Return Shipping Costs

6.1 You Are Responsible For Return Shipping, Unless The Item Is Faulty, Damaged, Or Not As Described.

6.2 For Bulky Items, We Will Provide An Estimated Return Cost Before You Confirm Cancellation.

7. Items Excluded From This Right

  • Perishable Goods
  • Intimate Or Sanitary Items, Once Unsealed

8. Faulty, Damaged, Or Incorrect Items

Separate From This 14-Day Right, You Are Entitled To A Repair, Replacement, Or Refund At No Cost For Faulty Or Not-As-Described Goods, Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
