4. Return Eligibility
4.1 Returns Are Accepted Within 30 Days Of Delivery, For Any Reason.
4.2 Items Must Be Unused, Undamaged, Unassembled, And In Their Original Packaging, Including All Accessories, Labels, And Manuals.
4.3 Proof Of Purchase Is Required For All Returns.
4.4 All Returns Must Be Pre-Approved. Items Sent Back Without A Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Will Not Be Accepted.
5. How To Return An Item
5.1 Contact Us Within 30 Days Of Delivery By Emailing support@fr33domwellness.com Or Calling +1 (901) 235 3331 With Your Order Number And Reason For Return.
5.2 Return Shipping Costs Are The Customer's Responsibility And Are Non-Refundable. Once Your Return Is Approved, A Return Label Will Be Provided And The Carrier Arranged On Your Behalf. Shipping Costs Will Be Deducted From Your Chosen Refund Option At The Time Of Processing.
5.3 Pack Your Item Securely In Its Original Packaging, Including All Accessories And Manuals, And Attach The Provided Label.
5.4 Ship Your Item Within 7 Days Of Receiving Your RMA. For Large Or Heavy Items, LTL Freight Will Be Arranged On Your Behalf.
5.5 Returns Sent Without A Valid RMA Or Outside The 7-Day Shipping Window May Be Refused.
6. Refund Options
No Exchanges Are Provided. You May Choose Either Option Below At The Time Of Your Return Request.
Option A — Store Credit
Store Credit Is Issued For The Full Product Value.
- Original Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable.
- Return Shipping Cost Deducted From Store Credit Value.
- No Restocking Fee Applies.
- Store Credit Never Expires.
Example: A $1,000 Product Was Purchased With An Additional $120 In Original Shipping. The Item Is To Be Returned With $90 In Return Shipping Costs. The $120 Original Shipping Cost Is Not Refunded. There Is $1,000 Product Value In Credit. The $90 Return Shipping Cost Is Deducted From This Product Value In Credit. Final Amount Of Store Credit Issued = $910.
Option B — Cash Refund
Your Cash Refund Is The Total Product Value (Excluding Original Shipping) Minus A Restocking Fee And Return Shipping Costs.
- Original Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable.
- Return Shipping Cost Deducted From Refund Value.
- 25% Restocking Fee Deducted From Product Value.
- Refund Issued To Original Payment Method.
Example: A $1,000 Product Was Purchased With An Additional $120 In Original Shipping. The Item Is To Be Returned With $90 In Return Shipping Costs. The $120 Original Shipping Cost Is Not Refunded. A 25% Restocking Fee Of $250 Is Deducted From The $1,000 Product Value, Leaving $750. The $90 Return Shipping Cost Is Then Deducted From The $750. Final Cash Refund Issued = $660.
6.2 Refunds Are Processed Within 10 Business Days Of The Returned Item Passing Inspection.
6.3 Depending On Your Bank Or Payment Provider, Please Allow Additional Time For The Amount To Appear In Your Account.
7. Warranty Claims For Items Delivered Damaged Or Incorrect
7.1 Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery. Contact Us Within 48 Hours If Your Item Arrives Damaged Or Incorrect.
7.2 Provide Photos Or Video Evidence Of The Issue When Contacting Us.
7.3 The 48-Hour Reporting Window Helps Us Resolve Your Case Faster But Does Not Affect Your Eligibility Under This Policy.
7.4 On Confirmation, A Return Shipping Label Will Be Provided At No Cost. Either A Repair, Reshipment, Or A Full Refund To Your Original Payment Method Will Be Arranged. All Original And Return Shipping Costs Are Covered. No Restocking Fee Applies.
7.5 Resolution Is Determined In Coordination With The Fulfilling Supplier And Will Be Communicated To You Promptly.
8. Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items
The Following Product Categories Are Final Sale And Non-Returnable Due To Safety, Hygiene, And Quality Control Standards. This Is Clearly Indicated On Individual Product Pages.
8.1 Wellness & Recovery Equipment
- Sauna Rooms, Hot Tubs, Bath Tubs.
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers.
- Plunge Pools, Ice Baths And Cold Plunges.
- Changing Rooms And Outdoor Shower Rooms.
8.2 Made-To-Order & Built-In Structures
- Outdoor Kitchens, Fireplaces & Grills.
- Custom-Configured Or Built-In Structures.
8.3 Other Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Or Personalized Products.
- Perishable Goods.
- Intimate Or Sanitary Items, Unless Unopened And Unused.
- Gift Cards.
- Downloadable Products.
- Items Marked Final Sale On The Product Page.
- Assembled Items.
8.4 Warranty Claims On Final Sale Items Delivered Damaged Or Incorrect
If Any Item In The Above Categories Arrives Damaged Or Incorrect On Arrival:
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours With Photo Or Video Evidence.
- Damage Claims On Final Sale Items Are Reviewed In Coordination With The Fulfilling Supplier And Resolved By Repair, Partial Credit, Or Reshipment.
- Resolution Is At Our Discretion.
- A Cash Refund Is Not Guaranteed On Final Sale Items.
9. Lost Or Undelivered Orders
9.1 Contact Us Immediately If Your Order Has Not Arrived Within The Estimated Delivery Window.
9.2 We Will Investigate With The Carrier Using Tracking Information.
9.3 If The Shipment Is Confirmed Lost In Transit, FR33DOM WELLNESS Will Provide Either A Reshipment Or A Full Refund.
10. Order Cancellations
10.1 Orders May Be Cancelled Before Shipment For A Full Refund.
10.2 Made-To-Order And Custom Items Cannot Be Cancelled Once Confirmed With The Manufacturer.
10.3 Once An Order Has Shipped, The Standard Return Process Applies Upon Receipt.
11. Processing Timeframes
11.1 Return Requests Must Be Submitted Within 30 Days Of Delivery.
11.2 Authorised Returns Must Be Shipped Within 7 Days Of Receiving Your RMA.
11.3 Returned Items Are Inspected Promptly Upon Receipt.
11.4 Approved Refunds Or Store Credit Are Processed Within 10 Business Days Of Inspection.
11.5 Processing Times May Vary Depending On Your Bank Or Payment Provider.
11.6 Returns Shipped Outside These Timeframes Or Without Proper Authorisation May Be Refused.
12. Governing Law
12.1 This Policy Is Governed By The Laws Of The State Of Montana, United States.
12.2 Any Disputes Are Subject To The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The Courts Of Yellowstone County, Montana.
12.3 Nothing In This Policy Limits Any Rights You May Have Under Applicable Federal, State, Or Local Consumer Protection Laws.
