1. Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through FR33DOM WELLNESS (FR33DOM DISTRIBUTION LLC) via www.fr33domwellness.com. We primarily ship within the United States. International orders are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@fr33domwellness.com before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping costs.

3. Order Processing
3.1 Orders are manually reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
3.2 Orders placed before 11 AM MST begin processing the same day.
3.3 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
3.4 You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order dispatches.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Shipping rates vary by product, size, weight, and destination. Exact costs are calculated at checkout before order confirmation.
4.2 There are no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
4.3 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Estimated Delivery
5.1 Estimated delivery within the United States is 7 business days from the date of shipment.
5.2 International delivery windows are communicated individually before order confirmation.
5.3 Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control including carrier delays, weather, and public holidays.
5.4 Large or heavy items shipped via LTL freight may require additional lead time. Estimated delivery windows for these items will be communicated before shipment confirmation.
6. Shipping Methods & Carriers
6.1 Standard orders are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on product size and destination.
6.2 Large, heavy, or built-in products — including outdoor kitchens, saunas, hyperbaric chambers, and similar items — are shipped via LTL freight carriers.
6.3 Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships.
6.4 All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit.
7. Fulfilment
7.1 FR33DOM WELLNESS partners with specialist suppliers to fulfil orders. Depending on the product, your order may ship directly from a supplier warehouse within the United States.
7.2 Some products may ship separately if your order contains items from multiple suppliers. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
7.3 Estimated shipping timeframes may vary slightly by product. Any variation will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
8. Address Accuracy
8.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
8.2 FR33DOM WELLNESS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8.3 Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to address errors.
9. Delivery Issues
9.1 Delayed or Lost Packages — Contact us immediately if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund upon confirmation of loss.
9.2 Damaged Packages — Inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos or video of the packaging and item. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
9.3 Missing Items — Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details. Missing items will be reshipped or refunded.
10. International Orders
10.1 International orders outside the United States are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery.
10.2 International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other government charges applicable in their jurisdiction.
10.3 FR33DOM WELLNESS is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs or local authorities.
10.4 Deliveries may be delayed due to customs inspections or regulatory processing outside our control.
11. Order Cancellations
11.1 Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
11.2 Made-to-order and custom items cannot be cancelled once confirmed with the manufacturer.

12. Policy Changes
12.1 FR33DOM WELLNESS reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website.
