Welcome to FR33DOM WELLNESS (FR33DOM DISTRIBUTION LLC). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.fr33domwellness.com ("Website") and all related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope and Acceptance
1.1 These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and customers.
1.2 By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1.4 These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and FR33DOM WELLNESS regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
2.2 If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2.3 International customers agree to comply with all local laws applicable to your purchase and use of the Services.
3. Account Creation and Responsibilities
3.1 Certain features of the Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update your account promptly if information changes.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activities conducted under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3.3 You may not allow others to use your account without express permission.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
4.1 All products are subject to availability. FR33DOM WELLNESS reserves the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order.
4.2 Prices are displayed in USD at checkout and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Prices are accurate at the time of order confirmation.
4.3 Payments are accepted via Shopify Payments (including credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Manual Bank Transfer. Additional payment gateways may be enabled at FR33DOM WELLNESS's discretion.
4.4 Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully received or authorised. In the event of a payment failure, dispute, or chargeback, FR33DOM WELLNESS reserves the right to suspend or cancel your order and account until the issue is resolved. Customers remain responsible for all fees associated with attempted or disputed payments.
4.5 By placing an order, you authorise FR33DOM WELLNESS to charge the selected payment method for the full amount, including products, shipping, and applicable taxes.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 FR33DOM WELLNESS primarily ships within the United States. International orders outside the United States are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@fr33domwellness.com before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping costs.
5.2 Orders are manually reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 11 AM MST begin processing the same day. Weekend or holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
5.3 Estimated delivery within the United States is 7 business days from the date of shipment. International delivery windows are communicated individually before order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control.
5.4 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. There are no hidden fees.
5.5 All shipments are insured and tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery or returned packages, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
5.6 International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other government charges applicable in their jurisdiction. FR33DOM WELLNESS is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs or local authorities.
5.7 For lost, damaged, or defective items, contact support@fr33domwellness.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
6.1 All returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items are fully covered.
6.2 FR33DOM WELLNESS reserves the right to inspect all returned items and to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions. Items not in original condition may be eligible only for store credit at our discretion.
6.3 Approved refunds or store credit are processed within 10 business days of inspection. Statutory consumer rights are respected and cannot be waived.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by FR33DOM WELLNESS or its licensors and protected under intellectual property law.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7.3 You may not copy, sell, distribute, or exploit content without written permission, nor use hidden text or meta tags referencing our trademarks.
8. User Content
8.1 By submitting content to the Services, you grant FR33DOM WELLNESS a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.
8.2 You may not submit content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.
9. Prohibited Activities
9.1 You may not violate laws or third-party rights in connection with the Services.
9.2 You may not disrupt the Services, servers, or networks.
9.3 You may not attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
10. Disclaimers

10.2 FR33DOM WELLNESS makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services, except as required by applicable law.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory rights in your jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by FR33DOM WELLNESS's gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.
11.2 For all other claims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, FR33DOM WELLNESS, its affiliates, directors, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
11.3 Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
12. Indemnification
12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FR33DOM WELLNESS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Termination
13.1 FR33DOM WELLNESS may suspend or terminate your account or access immediately for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
14.2 Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yellowstone County, Montana.
14.3 International customers acknowledge this choice of law does not limit statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.
15. Unexpected Events
15.1 FR33DOM WELLNESS is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, shipping or payment disruptions, or global emergencies.
15.2 We will communicate delays promptly and make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders or provide alternatives.
15.3 Nothing in this section limits statutory rights under local law.
16. Website Errors and Interruptions
16.1 FR33DOM WELLNESS strives to maintain accurate and uninterrupted access to the Website.
16.2 We do not guarantee that the Services are error-free or uninterrupted. Pricing and product availability are confirmed only upon order completion.
16.3 In the event of technical errors, we reserve the right to correct or cancel orders where necessary and will notify customers promptly.

17.1 FR33DOM WELLNESS may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.
