Billing Terms & Conditions
FR33DOM DISTRIBUTION LLC — Effective 29 November 2025
These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between FR33DOM WELLNESS (FR33DOM DISTRIBUTION LLC) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms apply to all purchases made through FR33DOM WELLNESS via www.fr33domwellness.com.
1.2 These Terms form part of the complete agreement between you and FR33DOM WELLNESS, alongside our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and ACH Payments
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. FR33DOM WELLNESS does not store your card information on our servers.
2.3 Payment Due Date
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully received or authorised.
3. Invoicing
3.1 Invoices are issued upon order completion and sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that all billing information provided is accurate and up to date.
3.3 If you require an updated invoice or have a billing enquiry, contact us at support@fr33domwellness.com.
4. Late Payments
4.1 In the event of a failed or declined payment, your order will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
4.2 FR33DOM WELLNESS reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 7 days of the original order date.
4.3 For outstanding balances on approved credit arrangements, a late payment interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on the outstanding balance after the due date.
5. Disputed Charges
5.1 If you dispute any charge, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the transaction date.
5.2 Disputes should be sent to support@fr33domwellness.com and include the order number and full details of the dispute.
5.3 We will investigate and resolve all billing disputes promptly and in good faith.
5.4 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account pending resolution.
6. Refunds and Credits
6.1 Refunds and store credits are provided in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6.2 Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection and approval.
6.3 Store credit is issued for the full product value, never expires, and can be applied to any future order on www.fr33domwellness.com.
7. Taxes
7.1 You are responsible for all applicable taxes including but not limited to sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), and any other similar charges.
7.2 If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of purchase.
7.3 International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and applicable local taxes. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
8. Billing Errors
8.1 If we discover a billing error, we will correct it promptly and notify you.
8.2 If you have been overcharged, we will refund or credit the overcharged amount to your original payment method or as store credit.
8.3 If you have been undercharged due to a pricing or system error, we will contact you before processing any additional charge.
9. Payment Security
9.1 All payment information is handled securely in compliance with PCI DSS industry standards.
9.2 Payments are processed via Shopify Payments. FR33DOM WELLNESS does not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
9.3 All transactions are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.
10. Changes to Billing Terms
10.1 FR33DOM WELLNESS reserves the right to modify these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Changes take effect immediately upon posting to www.fr33domwellness.com.
10.3 Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 FR33DOM WELLNESS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms.
11.2 Our maximum liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Yellowstone County, Montana.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1 These Billing Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FR33DOM WELLNESS regarding billing matters and supersede all prior agreements.
