Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
The Oxygen Protocol
For Your Wellness Sanctuary

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a well-established modality with decades of published clinical research. By breathing concentrated oxygen inside a pressurised environment, the body receives oxygen at levels not achievable through normal breathing — with documented effects across recovery, inflammation, and cellular function. Originally used exclusively in clinical and hospital settings, HBOT chambers are now available for private wellness sanctuary installations.

Every cell. Every tissue. Oxygen delivered at saturation levels your body cannot achieve through normal breathing. A serious protocol — for those who take their recovery seriously. 🌿

Important: HBOT is a regulated medical device category in many jurisdictions. Chambers in this collection are sold as wellness equipment for personal sanctuary use. They are not marketed or intended as medical devices for the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions. Contact us before purchasing to discuss your requirements.

The Mechanism — How It Works

💡 How Hyperbaric Oxygen Works

Under normal conditions, oxygen is transported through the body primarily by red blood cells. Inside a pressurised hyperbaric chamber, atmospheric pressure is elevated — typically between 1.3 and 2.0 ATA (atmospheres absolute) — forcing pure oxygen to dissolve directly into body fluids: blood plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, lymph, and synovial fluid.

This pressure-dissolved oxygen reaches tissues that red blood cells access with difficulty — including areas with reduced circulation. Published research has documented effects including new blood vessel formation (angiogenesis), enhanced immune cell activity, reduction in inflammatory markers, and improvements in tissue repair. The modality has been studied extensively in clinical settings for wound healing, recovery from decompression sickness, and a growing range of applications.

Originally a hospital and specialist clinic technology, HBOT chambers are now available for private wellness installation — bringing an evidence-backed oxygen protocol into your personal sanctuary.

Understanding Pressure — Choosing Your Protocol

The atmospheric pressure level of your chamber determines the depth of the oxygen saturation. Higher pressure means more oxygen dissolved into body fluids. Every chamber in this collection is rated to deliver therapeutic-grade pressure.

1.3–1.4
ATA — Mild HBOT
Entry-level therapeutic pressure. Suited to general wellness, recovery support, cognitive support, and ongoing vitality practice.
Accessible Entry Point
2.0
ATA — Clinical Grade
Maximum pressure available for private sanctuary use — the same atmospheric pressure used in hospital and specialist clinical HBOT protocols worldwide.

Documented Areas Of Study

The following reflects areas where HBOT has been the subject of published clinical and research investigation — not personal claims of outcome or guarantee of individual results. HBOT's clinical use covers a wide and growing range of applications; see our blog for links to specific studies.

Recovery Support
Oxygen-saturated plasma reaching tissues with reduced circulation is the mechanism documented in studies on wound healing, surgical recovery, and physical performance recovery.
🧠
Neurological Research
HBOT has been studied for neuroplasticity support, traumatic brain injury, and cognitive function — an active and growing area of clinical investigation with published studies available.
🔥
Inflammation Reduction
Multiple published studies document reduction in inflammatory markers following consistent HBOT sessions — associated with recovery from chronic inflammation and physical stress.
🩸
Angiogenesis
Pressurised oxygen is documented to stimulate the formation of new blood vessels in oxygen-deprived areas — a mechanism studied in wound healing and circulation support contexts.
🦠
Immune Function
Published research associates increased oxygen availability with enhanced white blood cell function — an area of active clinical study.
😴
Sleep Quality
Some HBOT protocols are associated with improvements in sleep quality and restorative function — consistent with the general recovery effects documented in the research literature.
♾️
Longevity Research
Emerging published research has examined HBOT's association with telomere length and senescent cell markers — two active areas of longevity science. This is an early-stage research area with promising published findings.
🧬
Stem Cell Mobilisation
Published studies have documented HBOT's association with mobilisation of stem cells from bone marrow — a mechanism studied in the context of tissue repair and regeneration.

Hard-Shell vs Soft-Shell — What To Know

🔵
Soft-Shell Chambers
Flexible-sided chambers typically rated to 1.3–1.5 ATA. More accessible price point, easier to set up and relocate. Suited to entry-level to mid-range HBOT protocols — general wellness, recovery, cognitive support, and daily maintenance use.
⚙️
Hard-Shell Chambers
Rigid acrylic or steel chambers capable of reaching 1.5–2.0 ATA including the full clinical 2.0 ATA standard. Greater pressure range, more spacious interiors, and the definitive sanctuary HBOT installation for serious protocol users.
Accessible Chambers
Purpose-designed for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility — ensuring HBOT is available to everyone at full therapeutic pressure.
🏢
Commercial & Multi-Person
Larger chamber configurations for wellness clinics, spas, and commercial operators — allowing multiple users to receive HBOT simultaneously.
A Standard HBOT Session — What To Expect
For those new to hyperbaric oxygen therapy — a complete session from entry to integration
1
🚪 Enter & Pressurise — 5 to 10 Minutes
Enter the chamber, secure the seal, and begin pressurisation. Atmospheric pressure increases gradually to your selected ATA. You may notice mild pressure in your ears — equalise as you would on an aircraft descent.
2
🫁 Oxygen Session — 60 to 90 Minutes
At full pressure, breathe normally. Most users read, meditate, sleep, or rest during sessions. The chamber is fully comfortable for extended immersion.
3
💨 Depressurise — 5 to 10 Minutes
Pressure gradually releases back to ambient. This transition is gentle and comfortable.
4
🌿 Integrate — Rest & Hydrate
Exit and hydrate. Many users report clarity and lightness post-session. Effects continue for hours after each session and compound with repeated practice over time.
5
🔄 Protocol Commitment — Regular Use
Most research protocols recommend 5 sessions per week for an initial 40-session block, then 1–3 per week for maintenance. Consistency is where the long-term associations in published research emerge.
