The HUUM HIVE Heat LS is a 12 kW wood-burning sauna stove built around two features that define the sauna experience it creates. First: the firebox extension — the loading point extends through the sauna wall so wood is loaded from an adjacent room. The sauna stays pristine. Sessions are uninterrupted. The atmosphere of a properly sealed sauna room is maintained throughout. Second: a top-down airflow system that channels fresh air into the fire from above, producing a strong, clean flame that combusts wood completely — less smoke, less wood gas, more heat from every log.

The furnace door is cast iron, finished with natural oils — no harsh chemicals, durable, low-maintenance, and easy to clean. BImSchV II certified for emissions compliance. Designed for saunas up to 459 cubic feet. Made by HUUM in Estonia.

External Firebox Extension — Load From An Adjacent Room

The HIVE Heat LS's firebox extension passes through the sauna wall, allowing wood to be loaded from a changing room, storage area, or anteroom — without opening the sauna door or bringing bark, sawdust, or debris into the sauna space. The result: a permanently clean sauna interior, an uninterrupted session atmosphere, and the dedicated separation between heating space and bathing space that a genuine sauna installation deserves.

Top-Down Airflow System — Clean Burn, Complete Combustion

The HIVE Heat LS channels fresh air into the fire from above — the opposite direction to a conventional bottom-up draft stove. This top-down airflow produces a stronger, more stable flame that burns wood from the top down, ensuring complete combustion. The practical result: less smoke, less unburned wood gas, and more heat extracted from every load — a cleaner burn for the environment and a more efficient session for you.
