⏱️ Temperature Transition Times — What To Expect
Full temperature transitions between cold and hot modes take time. The system is designed to be pre-set to your desired temperature before your session.
Cold → Hot (3800W heating): Approximately 2.5 to 4+ hours to move from cold plunge temperature (~10°C) to a full therapeutic soak (~38°C).
Hot → Cold (2450W cooling): Approximately 3.5 to 5+ hours to return from a heated soak (~38°C) back to cold plunge temperature (~10°C).
💡 Set your target temperature several hours before your session, or maintain at your preferred protocol temperature daily using the insulated cover.
